General Manager | Aramark
The Tone:
This is a General Manager role at Aramark. This role is essential for planning, managing, and guiding multiple contracted services for clients, with revenue generation typically ranging from $2-15M+. The General Manager directly impacts operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs by providing operational leadership and excellent service.

• Pay: $120000–$128000 yearly
• Team: Leads a team, including a management team and staff.
• Mission: Plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Leads a team in providing operational expertise and executing hands-on management of contracted services.
• Client & Community Relations: Manages client and community relationships, continually assessing operations to optimize service and drive satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Financial & Strategic Planning: Manages budget in partnership with Finance to optimize financial performance and productivity, while recommending service improvement and growth strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and Aramark’s operational and safety standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Experience: Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; proven ability leading through other managers; experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis; and experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.
• Skills: Focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business; savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff; comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities.
