What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive analytical support across the full spectrum of Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations activities.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare weekly and monthly recurring financial reports, and assist in creating ad hoc presentations for Senior Management, Corporate FP&A leadership, and Investor Relations.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Aid in the preparation of financial models, internal forecasts, annual plan setting, valuation analyses, peer benchmarking, and earnings call materials.
• Research & Analysis: Perform various research tasks and analyses to support strategic financial initiatives and decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Unit FP&A teams and various functional departments across the company to build and enhance financial analyses as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, specifically in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Engineering. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience: While no specific years of experience are stated, a background in investment banking, valuation, or consulting is highly preferred, indicating a need for practical application of financial analysis principles. Expertise in advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint skills are also essential for this role.
• Skills: The role demands strong analytical capabilities and robust research skills. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities are critical, alongside comfort with quantitative work. A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting concepts, coupled with excellent communication skills, are necessary for successful collaboration and reporting within the team and across the company.
• Bonus: Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting software such as HFM and OneStream is a plus.
