Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis | Netrality Data Centers
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netrality Data Centers, a growing owner-operator of strategic interconnection properties. The company acquires and develops data centers to offer high-quality network interconnections. This position is essential for supporting the company’s continued growth by providing financial support to the Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role is an opportunity for an experienced professional to establish efficiencies and best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Support company-wide Financial Planning, Analysis, and the annual Budgeting process.
• Analysis: Perform monthly analytical and performance reviews across various business units.
• Variance Reporting: Conduct budget versus actual variance analysis, focusing on key drivers of revenue performance.
• Performance Measurement: Maintain appropriate Key Performance Indicators to improve business performance measurement.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide specific analytical support as needed to management and business units.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, along with general accounting knowledge, including financial statement construction and debits/credits.
• Experience: 1-3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience is needed, specifically with budget processes, variance analysis, and recurring revenue streams.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical aptitude (finance, accounting, math), and excellent communication skills for articulating complex analysis.
• Bonus: Experience in a real estate background, database querying skills, and familiarity with MRI or general accounting systems are a plus.
