Clinic Director BCBA | Big Dreamers ABA

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Big Dreamers ABA, located in McDonough, Georgia. Big Dreamers ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, and this position is for opening a brand new center. As the Founding Clinic Director, you will lead the center from the beginning, establishing clinical standards, building the team, and shaping clinic operations. This role is crucial for defining the center’s future, with meaningful input into staffing, clinical policies, and growth strategy, while having support from established operations teams.

• Pay: $100000–$120000 yearly
• Team: Leads a clinical team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, collaborating with QA and leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the day-to-day clinical operations of the McDonough center, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and providing performance feedback.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical programming, including treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Partner with intake and operations teams to support steady clinic growth, and build relationships with referral sources, schools, and community organizations.
• Carry a limited billable caseload, with the expectation that it will decrease as the clinic grows and leadership responsibilities increase, allowing focus on team development and clinical quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Active BCBA certification in good standing and an active Georgia LBA, or eligibility to obtain one before starting. This role requires foundational knowledge in FBAs, treatment planning, BIP development, supervision, and clinical documentation.
• Experience: At least three years of pediatric ABA experience, with a preference for clinic-based settings. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in a supervisory, management, or clinical leadership capacity, along with prior experience in helping manage or operate an ABA clinic.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead people while consistently upholding high clinical and ethical standards. Essential skills include strong organizational capabilities, effective communication, and robust problem-solving abilities, alongside the ability to balance clinical quality, staff development, family experience, and operational goals.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CentralReach is preferred, as is a working knowledge of Georgia Medicaid and commercial insurance.
