• Mission: Serve as the primary strategic partner to the founder, driving cross-functional operations, managing board-level initiatives, and scaling internal infrastructure.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Lead critical operational workstreams including talent strategy, data architecture, and internal systems development.
• Executive Support: Support executive decision-making through complex financial modeling and strategic analysis for board-level priorities.
• Problem Solving: Act as a versatile problem-solver to unblock technical and business teams during rapid growth phases.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic partner to the founder of the AI research firm.
• Initiative Management: Drive cross-functional operations and manage board-level initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals with experience in high-performance environments like elite consulting, private equity, or hyper-growth tech.
• Experience: 0-4 years of experience in relevant high-performance settings.
• Skills: Exceptional intellectual curiosity, the ability to structure solutions for ambiguous and complex problems, a relentless work ethic, and a high agency mindset.
