What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic partner to the founder of a leading AI research firm, contributing directly to core strategic direction.
• Operational Leadership: Drive and optimize cross-functional operations across the organization, working to scale internal infrastructure to support rapid expansion.
• Executive & Board Initiatives: Manage high-stakes board-level initiatives and provide critical support for executive decision-making, utilizing complex financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Workstream Development: Lead and implement critical operational workstreams, specifically encompassing talent strategy, data architecture design, and the development of robust internal systems.
• Growth Enablement: Act as a versatile problem-solver, identifying and unblocking technical and business teams to ensure smooth progression during rapid growth phases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Ideal candidates possess 0-4 years of experience, typically stemming from high-performance environments such as elite consulting firms, private equity, or hyper-growth technology companies.
