What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of global corporate clients, managing insurance program renewals, driving new business, and handling daily inquiries.
• Solution Delivery: Understand clients’ risk exposure and utilize the Marsh client servicing model to provide effective insurance solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to deliver comprehensive and holistic solutions to clients.
• Client Support: Interact regularly with clients, offering assistance with coverage questions, program adjustments, and solving account issues.
• Financial Oversight: Take responsibility for assigned account profitability, budget adherence, and receivables management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant working experience in the insurance brokerage, legal, or financial services industry.
• Skills: Strong client relationship management, solution focus, good PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
