The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (15-20 hrs/week school year, up to 40 hrs/week summer)
• Location: In-person, Omaha, NE

• Mission: This intern will contribute to financial planning and analysis by completing analytical projects, compiling data, and assisting with internal controls and performance metrics, ultimately providing valuable insights to leadership.
• Tech Stack: Excel, SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Complete analytical projects around a variety of business areas to support decision-making.
• Report: Compile data from various sources and prepare consolidated reports and documents for management.
• Develop: Assist with the development of internal controls and performance metrics to improve business operations.
• Research: Conduct ad hoc Internet research, prepare spreadsheets, and perform some clerical responsibilities such as data cleansing and organization.
• Improve: Provide insight into technological improvement and data presentation methods.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum incoming Junior class standing, currently enrolled in a four-year degree seeking program in the Omaha area.
• Experience: Proficiency with personal computers and software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Skills: Excellent grammar, proofreading, and oral/written communication skills, as well as excellent organization skills, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines.
