The Financial Analyst I will contribute to the mission of service by maintaining accuracy and compliance in financial processes and guiding informed financial decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Approvals: Oversee AP and RSS Matrix approvals to maintain financial compliance.
• Management: Administer physician logs and manage bonus plans.
• Support: Provide assistance in the preparation of budgets for various departments and initiatives.
• Reporting: Act as LBI Administrator and generate required monthly reports.
• Analysis: Prepare timely and accurate month-end financial reports specifically for Medical Center activity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Graduate of General Studies with exposure to financial information and participation in financial, productivity, or statistical reporting.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in a business environment, or new graduate with relevant exposure, is required. Critical experience includes developing new queries and reports within a database environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, and previous healthcare experience would be helpful for this role.
