The company is seeking a qualified and motivated Financial Analyst to join their corporate FP&A department. This position is essential for supporting the organization’s financial operations through precise forecasting, reporting, and analysis, contributing directly to informed financial decision-making.

• Mission: Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, prepare consolidated forecasts, and perform various financial analysis functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecast: Prepare weekly financial forecasts.
• Reporting: Assist with the monthly reporting of financial results.
• Analysis: Analyze data related to quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Improvement: Lead the implementation of process improvements within the FP&A area.
• Planning: Execute month and quarterly financial planning and analysis functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Core domain knowledge in corporate finance or accounting.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience in a corporate finance or accounting department.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills; Strong written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
