The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clinical programs and corporate leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and periodic operational forecasting processes, monitoring budget performance and identifying financial risks.
• Contract Management: Review hospital subsidy agreements, track program financial performance against contractual expectations, and support analysis for new opportunities.
• Compensation Analysis: Calculate and validate clinical bonus and productivity metrics for physicians and APCs, supporting compensation modeling and performance reporting.
• Leadership Collaboration: Participate in financial meetings with hospital administrators and operational leaders, presenting financial results and operational insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience: 3–5 years in finance, healthcare finance, accounting, or a related analytical role, with experience supporting financial modeling, budgeting, or operational financial analysis.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling basics), strong attention to detail and accuracy, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare financial systems or ERP systems, basic understanding of financial statements, and the ability to communicate financial insights in client-facing environments.
