What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for executives and the board.
• Assist in developing and refining the annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Maintain and update the long-term financial model crucial for strategic business planning.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze and report on customer data, sales performance, product margins, and capacity planning.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field is required.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting; extensive experience with large data sets and financial modeling.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
