• Mission: Provides young adults with the skills and opportunities needed to launch a professional career, focusing on areas like Financial Advisory.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Gain in-classroom technical and professional skills tailored for career pathways like Customer Experience, including Banking or Customer Success.
• Intern: Access internships with industry-leading organizations such as JPMorganChase or Bank of America in the Phoenix area.
• Learn: Acquire product and service knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and comprehensive finance training and development.
• Build: Enhance professional business, communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills through personalized support.
• Launch: Prepare for and pursue career growth paths including Financial Advisory, Sales Specialist, Product Support, Sales Operations and Analytics, or Patient Services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Hold a high school diploma or GED and have not yet obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Eligible to work in the U.S. and commit to full-time availability (Monday-Friday) for the program’s duration.
• Skills: Demonstrate high motivation to learn technical and professional skills, with an interest in relationship building or an entrepreneurial mindset for the Customer Experience pathway.
• Bonus: Be prepared to answer additional screening questions during the application process.
