• Mission: Develop future Finance leaders by providing structured exposure, project experience, and mentorship across key Finance disciplines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Complete four six-month rotations across diverse Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy.
• Contribute: Engage in high-impact projects focusing on process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize: Apply AI tools within each rotation to enhance and automate Finance processes and workflows.
• Present: Deliver findings, key insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership within the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting.
• Experience: Delivered a formal presentation or report to a group and collaborated on team projects with members from different functions or backgrounds.
• Skills: Financial analysis, Data analysis, Accounting principles, Financial modeling, AI tools proficiency.
• Bonus: Prior internship or work experience in Finance or accounting, exposure to machine learning concepts or AI tools in business, or held a leadership role in a club, organization, or extracurricular project.
