2026-2027 Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) Intern (Returning Intern) | Chevron

The Tone:
This is an internship at Chevron, located in Houston, TX. Chevron is a global energy company with a long history of developing leaders. This program serves as an introduction and key entry point to a two-year rotational program, designed to cultivate future senior leadership within the company. Joining this program means becoming part of a select community with strong support from alumni and current leaders.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $12825 monthly
• Mission: Provide an introduction and key entry point to Chevron’s two-year Finance & Commercial MBA program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Complete one assigned project or task within a 10-12 week period at corporate headquarters.
• Network: Engage with program members, alumni, and senior Chevron leaders through structured events.
• Learn: Attend training sessions and gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
• Impact: Make a direct and meaningful contribution to the organization during the assignment.
• Explore: Gain insight into the diverse rotational assignments available within the full-time FCMP, including potential international and new energies exposure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Internship for students pursuing an MBA, designed to develop senior leaders in finance and commercial roles.
• Experience: 3+ years pre-MBA work experience; Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no exceptions).
• Skills: Outstanding leadership potential, strong analytical skills and business acumen, solid grasp of finance/accounting principles, excellent communication skills and maturity, flexibility and desire to explore a variety of businesses.
