What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and present long-term solutions that will significantly impact business and/or customer experience.
• Deliver long-term solutions that will significantly impact business and/or customer experience.
• Participate in various networking events designed for professional development.
• Engage in community service events as part of the internship experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) from a college/university, pursuing a Business Degree or related discipline.
• Experience: No experience required; must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Skills: Ability to work productively, both independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; effective time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities; analytical skills to review and make recommendations.
• Bonus: Aviation degree path with a completed private pilot license; basic understanding of airline language, FAA guidelines, and flights.
