Intern | Fellowship of Christian Athletes
The Tone:
This is an internship at Fellowship of Christian Athletes, located in various locations. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a ministry organization dedicated to developing student athletes, introducing them to various aspects of ministry, and helping them discern their calling and career. This intern role is vital in helping individuals explore and understand their personal call to ministry through practical training and experience within the organization’s framework. Interns are collegiate volunteers who engage in a learning and developmental ministry experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Uphold: Agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Maintain: Follow a spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.
• Provide: Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Participate: Connect to and actively participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Model: Conduct oneself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct, in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs, at all times.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student (collegiate), seeking to discern their calling and career, interested in ministry through FCA.
• Experience: Engagement in a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or a semester.
• Skills: Agreement with FCA’s Christian Community Statement; practice of daily prayer and Bible study; ability to provide spiritual leadership; active participation in a local church; adherence to biblical standards of conduct.
