What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Acumen: Learn core aspects of the business, including insurance and financial products, client needs analysis, and compliance standards.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, supporting sales and service activities.
• Professional Growth: Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to foster ongoing development.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with experienced professionals to understand best practices in financial guidance and local market growth strategies.
• Leadership Development: Take on increased leadership responsibilities, assisting with team coordination and contributing to a positive office culture.
