Job Description

The BGB Group is offering a Fall 2025 Agency Operations Internship, running from September 2025 to December 2025. This internship is for academic credit only.

Internship Overview:
This internship is designed for a student who is eager to contribute, collaborate, and create, rather than just observe. It offers an exciting opportunity for school credit with the potential for future full-time employment.

They Are On The Lookout For Students:
• Graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, data science, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• With a strong career interest in company operations.
• Who are organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude.
• Possessing strong analytical and interpretation skills to study, evaluate data, and extract relevant information.
• Who enjoy interacting with people and have a proven track record of working successfully in a team-based environment.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Operations Intern will work closely with the operations team, providing support in various areas. These responsibilities may include:
• Providing operational support to the Business Transformation, Business Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Contributing to agency-wide transformation efforts aimed at supporting scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
• Assisting the operations group with ad-hoc data clean-up projects.
• Assisting in generating reports for various stakeholders.
• Candidates must have intermediate Excel experience, and database experience is considered a plus.
