What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Create financial modules to analyze diverse client projects.
• Prepare: Produce research and analytical content for pitch books, memorandums, and presentations.
• Support: Assist senior investment bankers with their business development activities.
• Engage: Attend client meetings and interact on transactional and technical issues.
• Participate: Actively contribute to live deals such as M&A, IPOs, and advisory services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA; core domain knowledge in investment banking or transaction experience in related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or transaction experience in fields such as accounting, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Skills: Financial modeling, macroeconomic knowledge, understanding of current events, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Possession of Securities Industries Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and 63 licenses, or successful completion upon hiring; demonstrated interest and curiosity in the Diversified Industrials sector.
