Job Description: Events Intern
BitGo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including happy hours, conferences, and internal events.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with event planning and execution, encompassing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Coordinating event materials such as swag (t-shirts, water bottles, keychains, lanyards) and branded posters.
• Supporting the creation of slideshow presentations and other event materials.
• Managing event registrations and attendee communication.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
• Providing administrative support to the events team.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Event planning or coordination experience is a plus.
