What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patrons, employees, and visitors at various large and small-scale events, including concerts, sporting events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Service: Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a Hospitality Security brand with all clients, guests, and co-workers while managing crowds.
• Control: Perform Access Control duties and meticulously follow all venue-specific guidelines to regulate entry and exit.
• Patrol: Conduct regular Foot Patrols throughout assigned areas to monitor activity, deter issues, and maintain order.
• De-escalation: Respond to and resolve developing situations by effectively utilizing de-escalation techniques and enforcing client policies and rules.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and be able to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, reliability in reporting for shifts on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform, and the ability to read and interpret written post guidelines and follow procedures.
• Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 4+ events per month, with primary shifts on evenings and weekends, and some limited day shifts.
