What You’ll Actually Do

• Ideas: Generate high-conviction investment ideas and develop comprehensive, long-term thesis developments for potential portfolio additions.
• Decisions: Participate actively and directly in critical portfolio decisions alongside senior leadership.
• Construction: Contribute significantly to the construction and ongoing management of the firm’s concentrated investment portfolio.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess core domain knowledge and prior experience covering industrials, infrastructure, energy transition, or related real-economy sectors.
• Experience: Demonstrate 4–8 years of professional experience, specifically gained in investment banking, equity research, or public markets investing.
• Skills: Exhibit strong fundamental equity analysis and financial modelling skills, coupled with high intellectual curiosity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Show a genuine interest and alignment with a long-term, concentrated investment philosophy.
