What You’ll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen. Your daily activities will include:

  • Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods.
  • Talking with homeowners (no hard selling involved).
  • Creating interest and setting appointments for our dedicated Sales Team.
  • Tracking your activity using company-provided canvassing tech.
  • Learning sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles.

This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven – the more consistent you are, the more you earn.
