The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bank of America, supporting Merrill Wealth Management in the Nevada Market. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Cultivate and grow a book of business to meet and exceed established performance hurdles.
• Advise: Identify the needs of high-net-worth individuals, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive, tailored recommendations for existing and prospective clients.
• Prospect: Prioritize sourcing new clients, capitalize on referrals, and assess customer needs to implement customized financial solutions.
• Recommend: Provide suitable investment products and services based on client objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences, serving as an interim Financial Advisor.
• Manage: Balance investment growth, referral activities, client follow-up, and administrative compliance, while organizing resources (time, people, budget) to run a productive practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional making a career transition, with a minimum of one year of experience in the financial services or sales industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding goals, coupled with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Experience: Holds active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses. Possesses proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and influence clients, and the ability to assess needs to recommend appropriate solutions. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team and with key partners, actively listening and probing for clarity.
• Skills: Business Acumen, Business Development, Oral Communications, Prospecting, Wealth Planning, Client Investments Management, Portfolio Analysis, Risk Management, Client Solutions Advisory, Referral Management, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology or applications, and proficiency in executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
