The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
Business Growth: Develop a book of business to meet and exceed established performance hurdles.
Client Acquisition: Effectively prioritize sourcing prospective clients, capitalizing on referrals, assessing customer needs, and executing customized solutions.
Financial Advising: Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives, resources, time horizon, and risk profile.
Practice Management: Balance investment growth, referral activities, customer follow-up, prospect building, administrative compliance, and personal growth.
Professional Development: Complete mandated training, assessments, performance goals, and continuing education requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Requires in-depth knowledge of investment products and services and understanding of a consultative approach to client needs.
• Experience: Minimum one year in the financial service industry or a sales environment with demonstrated goal achievement. Minimum one year in the investments industry with investment training. Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
• Skills: Business Acumen, Business Development, Oral Communications, Prospecting, Wealth Planning.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree, ability to learn and adapt to new technology, and capability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
