What You’ll Actually Do
• Create: Compliant and compelling proposal content by thoroughly analyzing solicitation requirements and collaborating with the team.
• Support: And lead the creation of past performance and resume sections with appropriate oversight and coaching.
• Develop: Content iteratively, applying critical thinking and best practices such as storyboarding.
• Collaborate: With other proposal team members to integrate win themes, discriminators, and strengths into assigned written sections.
• Serve: As a past performance or resume writer, covering multiple contracts or candidates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience, specifically in responding to Government solicitations.
• Experience: Writing compliant and compelling proposal sections for federal departments and agencies, including tailoring non-technical content like past performance and resumes for various IT solutions.
• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Bonus: Some experience writing for government proposals valued at $25M and greater.
