Junior Project Manager | Lega Nova Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time W-2 role at Lega Nova Group. Lega Nova Group supports a diverse range of internal and client-facing projects. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop their project management skills within a structured and supportive environment. You will gain hands-on experience supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery from day one, contributing directly to successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Project Monitoring and Risk Tracking: Support project managers in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and addressing issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Budget and Timeline Management: Help track project budgets, monitor timelines, and manage deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements and project governance activities within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a degree preferred in Business, Management, or a related industry.
• Experience: Entry-level professional with a willingness to learn and develop within a project management environment.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills, effective communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office.
• Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
