Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking motivated individuals for multiple Entry-Level Labor Positions at our state-of-the-art sawmill in Shelton, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to start a new career path with a company that believes in training and promoting from within.

About The Position

This entry-level production labor position offers a dynamic career path with opportunities to learn and explore various roles within the plant site, including:

• Production
• Equipment Maintenance
• Supervision

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Learn to fill in on various machine stations within our sawmill.
• Shovel, rake, and sweep wood byproducts to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Stack and pile lumber.

Working Conditions:

• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be physically demanding.
• Requires repetitive lifting.
• Working in both hot and cold work environments.
• Work may consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times.

Qualifications

• Recent, related work history.
• Verifiable references.
• All applicants must be at least age 18.
