As an Entry Level Warehouse Associate, you will play a fundamental role in the logistical operations, ensuring the precise and timely handling of materials that directly support the company’s commitment to customer success and operational excellence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, including order selectors and cherry pickers, to accurately pull and prepare outbound customer orders from inventory.
• Material Handling: Build, wrap, sort, and transport a variety of pallets and packages, ensuring secure and efficient movement within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Utilize RF devices to precisely sort, scan, and prepare orders, contributing to efficient inventory tracking and order accuracy.
• Receiving Operations: Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material, ensuring proper placement and documentation.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, accident-free facility, strictly adhering to all safety regulations and correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a safety harness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid state-issued driver’s license. This role requires a foundational understanding of safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience operating a forklift is a mandatory requirement for this position, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.
• Skills: Essential skills include a high attention to detail for accurate order processing and inventory management, the physical ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, and the capability to adapt comfortably to a fast-paced, evolving warehouse environment. Furthermore, candidates should exhibit a positive demeanor, strong dependability, and a robust work ethic, coupled with the ability to quickly and independently learn new systems.
• Bonus: A strong preference is given to candidates with 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience, specifically in areas such as shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management, showcasing a broader familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices. A continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices is also valued.
