This is an early career rotational program at Weber Blackstone, located primarily in Palatine, IL, with potential rotations in Huntley, IL, and Elgin, IL. What You’ll Actually Do
• Supply and Production Planning: Manage inventory, vendor communications, and production schedules to ensure continuous manufacturing and on-time customer order fulfillment.
• Strategic Sourcing: Select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build relationships to source all necessary materials, components, and services efficiently.
• Operations Leadership: Supervise direct employees in manufacturing or distribution centers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of workloads.
• Global Logistics: Oversee the global movement of products, focusing on warehouse operations, customer logistics, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Quality & Cost Leadership: Implement continuous improvement projects and analytical strategies to enhance product, supplier, and manufacturing quality while reducing operational costs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Planning, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in supply chain management, engineering, and/or manufacturing is desired.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, effective communication of ideas, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
