The Opportunity

Compensation
Hourly Compensation: $18.00 USD
Schedule
This is a Part Time, On-Call position designed to provide coverage for staff members who may be out of the office. The typical schedule is:
- Days: Monday – Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend work.
- Hours: Approximately between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can vary based on site).
- Flexibility: Flexibility in daily work schedule for potential overtime hours is required.
Responsibilities
The Entry Level On-Call / Part Time Office Services Associate will provide a wide range of office services, including:
- Prepare and organize all materials required for copy, scanning, and faxing.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system via data entry or by using multifunction devices such as copiers/scanners.
- Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail to employees in a corporate setting.
- Deliver mail and packages between departments or individuals within an office.
- Handle all outgoing packages, ensuring proper labeling, and arranging pickup from carriers (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Ability to comfortably move/carry file boxes between 20-50 lbs.
- Follow company policies and confidentiality dictates to safeguard data and information.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Able to cover the Reception desk when needed.
- Ability and willingness to submit to and pass the required pre-employment drug screen.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years’ of related experience providing top-tier customer service or office support services.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Work Authorization: Authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attendance: Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
- Plus: Experience working in hospitality, hotel, retail, or restaurants is a plus.
