What You’ll Actually Do
• Front Office Management: Welcome visitors and clients with a courteous, attentive approach to ensure a positive front-office experience.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting logistics by preparing conference spaces, organizing materials, and assisting with scheduling needs.
• Office Environment Maintenance: Maintain an orderly and efficient office environment by supporting day-to-day administrative and workplace operations.
• Inquiry Response: Respond to general inquiries from employees and guests, providing timely assistance or directing requests to the appropriate contact.
• Benefits Administration Support: Support benefits administration activities, including basic coordination related to employee benefit programs and documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Eagerness to build a career in office administration.
• Experience: Preferred previous experience in an office, reception, customer service, or administrative support role.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, employees, and visitors; excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks; detail-oriented presentation and a dependable approach to front-office responsibilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with employee benefits coordination, compensation and benefits support, or related administrative functions; exposure to COBRA administration, leave of absence processes, or other benefit functions.
