About The Position

We are currently seeking motivated individuals for multiple entry-level positions within our millwork division in Red Bluff, California. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with significant potential for advancement and internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and explore various jobs within the plant site, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.
• Fill in on various machine stations within our millwork facility.
• Perform physical tasks such as shoveling, raking, and sweeping wood byproducts.
• Stack and pile lumber efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
• Engage in repetitive lifting.
• Work in varying hot and cold work environments.
• Be available for various shifts, including potential overtime and weekend work during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Recent, related work history is preferred.
• Verifiable references are required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and repetitive lifting.
• Comfortable working in diverse environmental conditions (hot/cold).
• Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
