With over 6,000 employees, we operate state-of-the-art sawmills and other facilities including manufacturing, custom wood-framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, and forestry operations.

We own and sustainably manage over 2.4 million acres of timberland across California, Oregon, and Washington, adhering to a 100-year plan. Our commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by planting over 6 million new trees annually, having recently celebrated our 300 millionth seedling planted.

Sierra Pacific Industries is dedicated to resource efficiency, utilizing nearly 100% of every piece of wood. Residual wood byproducts are converted into electricity at our eight biomass-fueled power plants.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), including those with disabilities and veterans. Our facilities maintain drug-free and tobacco-free policies, and employment offers are contingent upon a negative drug screen result. We use E-verify for work authorization verification.
