The Role: Entry-Level Marketing Representative
Southern National Roofing, a $20M+ residential roofing company, is hiring full-time Entry-Level Marketing Representatives for our local office. This is a crucial door-to-door, field role. You will operate in residential neighborhoods, directly engaging with homeowners to schedule appointments for free roof inspections for our in-home sales team.
What You’ll Do:
- Work in assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Engage face-to-face with homeowners.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our free roof inspection service.
- Schedule appointments for in-home estimates with our sales team.
- Work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods.
Compensation:
- W-2 full-time position.
- Combination of hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses.
- Average first-year earnings range: $40,000 – $70,000+.
Schedule:
- On-site role (field-based).
- Monday-Saturday availability required, between 9 AM and 7 PM.
- No overnight travel is required.
- Team transportation will be provided from the office to work sites.
Requirements:
