You will represent the brand face-to-face in local communities, driving demand for essential home services. • Team: Supports the in-home sales team by generating qualified leads.
• Mission: To speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections, driving demand through direct community marketing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Navigate and manage work within designated residential neighborhoods.
• Engagement: Engage directly with homeowners to introduce Southern National Roofing services.
• Education: Clearly articulate the benefits and process of our complimentary roof inspection service.
• Scheduling: Secure appointments for our in-home sales team to conduct free roof estimates.
• Field Work: Maintain an active presence outdoors, working on foot in various weather conditions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED; early career professional comfortable with roles in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Experience: Comfort engaging with people face-to-face in an outdoor, field environment, coupled with a strong desire to succeed and professional appearance.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently within a structured system.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to commute to and from the office; availability to work 40 hours between 9am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday.
