• Pay: $650–$1350 weekly
• Mission: Drive demand through direct community marketing by setting appointments for free roof inspections for the sales team.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Neighborhood Engagement: Actively work in assigned residential neighborhoods to connect with homeowners.
• Homeowner Interaction: Speak face-to-face with homeowners, establishing rapport and trust.
• Service Explanation: Clearly articulate the advantages of our complimentary roof inspection service.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule in-home estimates for our sales team with interested homeowners.
• Field Work: Conduct duties outdoors and on foot, maintaining an active presence in the community.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a high school diploma or GED, ideal for competitive and coachable individuals. Must possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), and a professional appearance.
• Experience: Not specified for direct marketing, but applicants must be comfortable engaging face-to-face with diverse individuals. Requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from the local office.
• Skills: Face-to-face communication, rapport building, strong interpersonal skills, a genuine positive attitude, and a desire to achieve personal goals. Ability to consistently work a 40-hour week during designated hours (Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm) is also required.
