The role is crucial for driving demand and growing the business by directly engaging with homeowners in their communities.

The TL;DR

• Type: On-site, Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm availability
• Location: On-site
• Pay: $40000–$70000 yearly
• Mission: Schedule free roof inspections by speaking directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Work in assigned residential neighborhoods to engage directly with homeowners.
• Education: Explain the benefits and process of our free roof inspection service to potential customers.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team to conduct free roof estimates.
• Brand Representation: Represent Southern National Roofing face-to-face, driving demand through direct community marketing.
• Field Work: Execute a proven outreach system while working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED; ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles.
• Experience: Ability to work 40 hours between 9am-7pm, Monday-Saturday; possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the office.
• Skills: Strong face-to-face communication, a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong desire to succeed.
