The TL;DR

• Mission: Conduct routine chemical and physical testing on pharmaceutical raw materials, finished products, and stability samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare analytical reagents and solutions precisely as directed by established analytical test methods.
• Maintain: Operate automated glass washing equipment and efficiently maintain glassware stock within the laboratories.
• Conduct: Conduct routine chemical and physical testing on pharmaceutical raw materials, finished products, and stability samples using internal and compendial test methods.
• Troubleshoot: Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation to ensure proper function and accurate results.
• Document: Clearly and accurately communicate and record all testing/analysis results in accordance with prescribed laboratory procedures and systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors Degree in a Scientific field. This is an early career level position.
• Experience: Hands-on chemistry lab experience within the industry. Candidates may be considered without a Bachelor’s Degree if they possess significant hands-on chemistry lab experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in preparing analytical reagents, operating automated lab equipment, conducting chemical and physical testing, maintaining analytical instrumentation, and meticulous documentation of results.
• Adherence: Strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Safety guidelines.
