Job Title: Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

Location: Permanent Work from Home. Must live in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area.

This is a Contract to Hire position, with administrative operations based out of Gilbert, AZ, but the role is fully remote.

Job Functions

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
  • Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
  • Handling all general questions or inquiries.

Work From Home Equipment & Requirements

  • All necessary equipment for the role is provided by the client.
  • You must have reliable High-Speed Internet service.
  • The client provides a $50 monthly stipend towards your internet costs.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
  • Evening Pay: $18.70 per hour for hours worked after 6:00 PM.
  • Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn an additional $200-$400 per month for consistently hitting goals.

Shift Information

Candidates must be able to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the following shift ranges. Availability to work weekends is mandatory.

  • AM Shift: An 8-hour shift scheduled between 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • MID Shift: An 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
  • PM Shift: An 8-hour shift scheduled between 12:30 PM – Midnight.
