• Mission: Provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment by accurately preparing quality beverages and food, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining clean work areas for all guests.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service & Sales: Warmly greet all visitors, guests, patients, physicians, and co-workers, providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers and credit card machines, and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Beverage and Food Crafting: Accurately and efficiently prepare a range of coffee and food menu selections, specifically crafting hand-made, quality beverages tailored to customer specifications.
• Service Operations & Accuracy: Ensure high order accuracy and maintain the timeliness of service delivery, striving for good customer relations and speedy beverage provision, while also recording daily temperatures of food, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Sanitation and Stock Management: Proactively clean all assigned work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors in serving, dining areas, and refrigerators, re-stock food and non-food supplies as needed, and manage waste removal from the department.
• Emergency Protocol Adherence: Recognize signs and symptoms of stroke, initiate stroke alerts per protocol, verbalize the process effectively, and maintain current stroke knowledge through annual training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position with a commitment to quality and timeliness, and a passion for hospitality.
• Experience: 2 years of hospitality experience is required.
• Skills: Barista, Retail Customer Service, Hospitality, Customer Service.
• Bonus: Previous Retail/Food Service experience is highly preferred.
