Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

Job Type & Location:

• This is a Contract to Hire position.
• This is a permanent Work from Home opportunity.
• Location Requirement: Must live in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area. (Position is based out of Peoria, AZ for administrative purposes, but is fully remote).
• Workplace Type: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
• Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
• Handle all general questions or inquiries.

Equipment & Internet:

• All necessary equipment is provided by the client.
• High-Speed Internet is required. The client provides a $50/monthly stipend towards internet costs.

Pay & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Evening Premium: $18.70 per hour for hours worked after 6:00 PM.
• Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional $200-$400 per month for hitting goals.

Shift Information:

• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the following shift ranges.
• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
• Shift Ranges:
  • AM Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours within this window)
  • MID Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (8 hours within this window)
  • PM Shift: 12:30 PM – Midnight (8 hours within this window)
