Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Permanent Work from Home (Phoenix, AZ)

Job Functions & Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Rep, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
- Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
- Handling all general questions or inquiries.
Equipment & Internet
- All equipment is provided by the client.
- You will only need to provide High-Speed Internet.
- The client contributes $50 per month towards your internet bill.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Shift Differential: $18.70 per hour for hours worked after 6:00 PM.
- Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional $200-400 per month for hitting goals.
Shift Requirements
You must be able to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the following ranges. Availability to work weekends is a must!
- AM Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours within this window)
- MID Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (8 hours within this window)
- PM Shift: 12:30 PM – Midnight (8 hours within this window)
Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
- The role is fully remote, based out of Peoria, AZ for administrative purposes, but is a permanent work-from-home opportunity.
