As an Entry Level Communications Associate, you will join our communications team, playing a vital role in supporting the development and execution of strategies that effectively promote the company’s brand, values, and initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Social Media: Manage social media by creating and scheduling content, and tracking engagement.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement communication campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal and external events to promote company initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception and communication impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related academic field. This role is specifically designed to onboard and develop recent graduates or individuals who are embarking on their professional career journey in communications.
• Experience: Demonstrate a basic yet solid understanding of various social media platforms, including their functionality for brand promotion, along with foundational digital marketing principles. No prior extensive work experience is required, making it suitable for a new professional.
• Skills: Exhibit strong command of both written and verbal communication, characterized by clarity, conciseness, and exceptional attention to detail in all professional outputs. Possess the organizational capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Bonus: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity or practical experience with graphic design software or content management systems is highly desirable.
