The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person China
• Mission: To manage government relations and policy dynamics to secure business growth, ensure operational stability, and enhance the company’s reputation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Policy Analysis: Master and research regional government industry management philosophies and policy dynamics, analyzing their impact on local business development and providing forward-looking strategic recommendations.
• Government Engagement: Leverage existing government experience and resources to integrate platforms and engage in dialogue and cooperation with government bodies to ensure the healthy development of DiDi’s ride-hailing business.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and expand key government-enterprise resources with regional authorities and travel industry associations, establishing robust communication channels for information exchange and fostering strong cooperative relationships.
• Corporate Representation: Demonstrate thorough familiarity with the company and its business operations to promptly report enterprise development to relevant government departments and effectively communicate corporate philosophy and enhance its reputation.
• Performance Accountability: Take responsibility for key metrics related to business growth, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and safety and stability, actively safeguarding and ensuring the successful advancement of business operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Possess a deep understanding of the internet+transportation sector, including government operating procedures and relevant policies.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in related fields.
• Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and cross-functional coordination abilities; possess excellent written communication skills for drafting official documents and work reports; demonstrate a robust team spirit, self-driven responsibility, and the capacity to manage significant work pressure.
• Bonus: Prior experience working directly for the government or in government public affairs within the transportation or internet industry.
