Sr Manager, Executive Communications | Motorola Solutions

• Team: Employee Communications team, reporting to the director of Employee Communications
• Mission: Manage executive and CEO communications to inform, inspire, and connect current and future Motorolans, elevating the company’s reputation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives.
• Content Delivery: Deliver high-impact executive communications, including written announcements, thought leadership, and targeted messaging for internal and external channels.
• Event Strategy: Shape the executive content, scripts, and positioning for global town halls, keynotes, and high-profile leadership events.
• Social Media Management: Manage the CEO’s narrative across corporate social channels, partnering with social media and external communications teams to elevate key company moments.
• Report Leadership: Spearhead the annual development, cross-stakeholder project management, and delivery of the company’s corporate responsibility report to highlight business impact and commitments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field, with a focus on executive or corporate communications.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or internal communications, including direct experience partnering with C-suite executives or a CEO.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with deep expertise in applying the AP Style Guide and corporate brand standards to high-level executive voices. Strong executive presence, ability to maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, and comfort working under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Legal: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
