What You’ll Actually Do
• Create: Create and update lot-specific construction drawings for single-family and attached homes using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare: Prepare comprehensive construction and permit drawing sets.
• Coordinate: Coordinate plan updates with division teams, engineers, and internal partners.
• Maintain: Maintain and organize plan archives and documentation.
• Assist: Assist builders and teams with plan-related questions during construction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural drafting, environmental design, or a similar field. This is an Early Career role.
• Experience: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Skills: Ability to read and understand residential construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plan updates.
