Entry‑Level Auto Finance Representative

Location: Onsite | Irving, TX

Job Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Pay Range: $18.50–$23.50/hr

Are you ready to launch your career in the Auto-finance industry? We are actively hiring multiple entry‑level representatives across two departments. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career within a supportive environment.

You will receive full, comprehensive training, with additional opportunities to cross‑train and advance your skills.

Available Roles

Candidates should be open to either of the following positions:

• Customer Accounts Representative
• Customer Care Representative

Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8 AM–5 PM
• Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never on Fridays)
• Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
• One week each month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers who are 1–29 days past due on payments.
• Assist customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates.
• Provide support for password resets or login issues.
• No heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts.

Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls and support customers with:
• Account questions
• Payment options
• Title requests
• Website/login help

Overtime

• Up to 3 hours of overtime per week may be available.
• Two Saturdays per month are required (8 AM–12 PM).

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $23.50/hr.
