What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Drive a season-long project with Entertainment Management, applying practical skills and fostering development.
• Technical Production: Operate and meticulously maintain technical support equipment for specific productions, ensuring adherence to design and standards.
• Live Performance Execution: Deliver all shows precisely on time and as designed, maintaining consistent performance throughout their run.
• Venue Management & Support: Manage and maintain the venue’s atmosphere, assist guests, and ensure all areas are clean, safe, and prepared for performances.
• Safety & Training: Uphold safety protocols, operate equipment with appropriate PPE, report incidents, and assist in training new personnel.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career internship for individuals 18 years or older.
• Experience: Demonstrated basic technical theatrical skills.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining event technical equipment safely.
• Comfort and capability to work at heights exceeding 35 feet and lift more than 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong professional attributes, including self-motivation, multitasking, and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to navigate dark, restrictive spaces and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Bonus: Expert technical theatrical skills for specialized roles and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
